As Father’s Day approaches let us consider a Father’s Love. Father God loves us. How does He love us? – He loves us with an everlasting love. – He loves us enough to count our tears (Wow!). – He loves us so much He actually engraved our names in the palm of His hand. – He loves us so much that He knows the number of hairs on our head. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 – May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your Read More

God’s Health Care Plan: Divine Healing
Our health care plan is called Divine Healing. From the Old Testament and throughout the New Testament God’s Health Care Plan is revealed. We hear a lot in the news about Obamacare and how everyone needs health care. God has already provided it for us through Jesus Christ. One of my areas of ministry is the Healing Ministry. I love seeing people healed and delivered (Totally made whole). God’s plan of Salvation: Sozo means to save, to deliver or protect (literally or figuratively):—heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole. God was intent on providing for your physical healing as much as Read More
Dayenu: It Would Have Been Enough!
A couple of weekends ago we celebrated Passover and Easter. During our Seder, we recited this prayer called Dayenu. This song tells of God’s faithfulness. After each proclamation in the prayer, we shout ‘Dayenu’ which means it would have been enough (sufficient). I think this prayer has great meaning for Christians as well as Jews. tells us, “His grace is sufficient for us”. Although we did not experience the same trials as the Hebrews, we also have trials which we must face. But we know that His grace is always sufficient for us. We may not have experienced being released from Read More
Eternity in our Hearts
God put Eternity in our hearts. This week I am facilitating a Stepping Stone Workshop as an Earth Day Event at our Library. We will be recycling old jewelry and other items to use on concrete stepping stones. As I was getting ready for this workshop and collecting all the items I needed, came up in my spirit. This verse states, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” God took the time to put every piece needed inside of us to complete the work He has for us. Furthermore, declares, “Before Read More
D-Words: Discouragement
The third and final D-Word in this series is Discouragement. Discouragement may greet you when you rise in the morning or when you lay down to sleep for the night. Yet, there is a cure for this Dream Killer. It’s called the Word of God. Let’s take a look at the life of the Apostle Paul. Paul had many reasons to be discouraged. In , Paul tells us, “Five times I received at the hands of the Jews the forty lashes less one. Three times I was beaten with rods. Once I was stoned. Three times I was shipwrecked; a Read More
D-Words: Delays
Last week we learned our first D-Word, Doubts. Our second D-Word is Delays. Unfortunately, delays happen. Our focus scripture is – “But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.” (AMP) Even when you have done everything right, delays happen. We often think that delays in our spiritual life are from the Read More
