Hold Your Tongue: What Did You Say?

WAIT!!!! WHAT DID YOU SAY? THINK ABOUT IT!! Do you want what the words you just spoke to come to pass! Did you say, I feel like I am dying? Or I don’t have any money. How about, my kids are so bad?  If the answer is no, then stop and correct yourself immediately. Replace those negative words with what The Word of God said about that situation and thank God and give Him praise. When we follow Christ, we have better uses for language. Don’t talk dirty or silly. That kind of talk doesn’t fit our style. Thanksgiving is Read More

El-Roi: The All-Seeing One

El-Roi. Translated literally, El-Roi means the God who sees me (all-seeing one).  He looks ahead and sees what is coming and prepares the way for you. Have you ever felt invisible? Do you feel that no one cares or sees you or the problems you are facing? Well, God, El-Roi sees you. As we start this new year and a new season, know that God is in control.   He looked ahead into 2020 and planned for every contingency of your life. He will not be surprised by one mistake or action you take. He will not be surprised by those Read More

You are a Princess; you do not need to SETTLE.

I was watching a movie the other day and one of the characters said, “You are a Princess, you do not need to settle”. I thought, wow. If only God’s princesses could get in line with that word. Let’s face it; sometimes we settle. It might be in the form of a job, a relationship, shopping, buisness or pleasure, or a million other things in our lives. You are God’s daughter. He is  King; therefore you are His Princess. Know it and Be it.  God said He wants to prosper us, not harm us (Jeremiah 29:11). Every good and perfect Read More

UPDATE: God’s Word is the Lamp and Light in You

God gave Eve  another Word concerning this posting. Please see below: The Lord impressed me to update this blog post. Isaiah 46:4 (TPT) – “Even as you grow old and your hair turns gray, I’ll keep carrying you! I am your Maker and your Caregiver. I will carry you and be your Savior.” Prayer: Father, thank you for taking care of me even when I failed to care for myself. I admit that I slack at doing my part and I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise not to be a heavy load as You carry me, and Read More

Keeping the Faith: Born to Taste the Grapes

This week’s blog is about ‘Keeping the Faith’. In Numbers 13:25-14:10, the twelve spies come back with some very large grapes and a story to tell. Did you know, you were born to taste the grapes (awesome gifts from God)? God provided manna for His people during their 40-year journal through the desert.  God does nothing without purpose.  The Holy Spirit is our teacher and our guide.  God provided for them in the desert because there was typically nothing else for them to eat; however, now the people must learn to trust God by working the land and sowing and Read More

Healing: It’s Part of Our Divine Covenant

Healing is part of our covenant with God. We were healed by His stripes. Notice the ‘were’; it’s already done.  From the Old Testament and throughout the New Testament God continually reveals to us His plan for us to be whole.  I have a few friends who are in need of healing and I pray for them daily. Some of them know they are already healed, others need a reminder of what Jesus did for us on the cross. God’s plan of Salvation: Sozo means to save, to deliver or protect (literally or figuratively):—heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole. God Read More
