Resist Him: You are Being Stalked!

Resist him. So obey God. Stand up to the devil. He will run away from you (James 4:7). Resist means to exert oneself so as to counteract or defeat or withstand the force or effect of something or someone. Last week we started a series entitled ‘You are being stalked.’  Our primary scripture, 1 Peter 5:8 tells us, “That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour” (AMP). This week we will continue with the second strategy used to defeat the stalker. We must resist the enemy’s attacks against us. How Read More

You are Being Stalked!

You are being stalked. Have you ever been stalked? Every person on the planet should answer yes to that question. Yes, you are being stalked. It does not matter if you are at home, work, or out and about taking care of business; you are being stalked. You can feel it. Opportunities Lost

Opportunities are abundant, but often we miss those opportunities for many reasons. Glam Office Decor

Glam office decor is really pretty. I am often asked where I find items to decorate my home. I recently decorated my home office in glam boss style. I went on an Amazon shopping spree. I found this pink desk and chair, then added gold and rose gold accessories. I love pillows, so I added some fuzzy ones like these. For desk accessories, I purchased these pens and this desk set. I did not forget about the lamps or the rug. They also matched the glam décor. The filing cabinet was an old one that I refurbished using a transfer Read More

Identity: It’s Important to God

Identity denotes who someone is, the name of a person, or the beliefs that make a particular person different from others. Our names are a specific part of our identity. When  Daniel and the other Hebrew children were taken into captivity in Babylon, their names were changed. These boys were,  “Children in whom was no blemish, but well-favored, and skillful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and had the ability in them to stand in the king’s palace, and whom could be taught the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans.” (Daniel 1:4)  It was customary for Read More

Are you constantly struggling to overcome persistent habits? Are you facing the same roadblocks year after year? Are you speaking words of self-doubt or have a poor self-image? You are likely dealing with a hindering spirit. This spirit has drawn you into a covenant relationship. In order to break free of this spirit, you need to break the covenant with it. How? By praying the Word of God. If you are dealing with a self-image problem, begin to decree and Read More
